Shopping, Food. Psych1 and Silog

After the appointment today, I decided to pass by the Mall since it is close by the drop off location. I was not intending to buy anything, but there were some stuff I saw that I liked (at a reasonable price)

-          Perry Ellis Blue - one of my fav perfume is on clearance at Perfumania $20 (orig $55).

-          Purple Caspian Shorts from G by Guess $20 (orig $40). It does not look purple on the picture, but it is puple lol. I don’t have a purple short so I decided to get one. Like the style, design, pocket details, length and the rugged belt.

Black Messenger Bag by 21Men $27.90. I like bags that has a lot of pockets – this has 8. I also like the fact that it can be versatile – I can either use it for work or school or both.

-          Athletic Pullover/Hoodie by 21Men $30.90 – I like how the midchest (if that’s the right term)  is open, that means I can wear a nice shirt inside and still display it haha. Love the color and material. It also has HB3 Technology (built in Microphone). Purrfect for fall and spring season.

-          Lunch at Olive Garden – ordered Stuffed Rigatoni with Grilled Chicken + Rasberry Iced Tea. It is delllliiii!!! Some restaurants, their chicken tastes like Costco Chicken cooked in a microwave oven  - but I love every bite of the Grilled Chicken – fresh and Juicy, from inside to the surface. The 5-cheese stuffed rigatoni was equally deli

-          Psychology1 Class - Got my essay back. The assignment was to pick a fictional couple – describe the couple, what lead them to be attracted to each other, possible problems in the relationship and personal suggestions on how to improve or make the relationship longer/better. I usually get C or B on essays so I was not expecting to get 100% (but im glad I did). I am confident with my ideas but not with my grammar and sentence construction (as you can tell haha)

-          WOWTruck – I discovered the wow truck while browsing the METRO magazine. Looked at their facebook page and it looks yummy. They were at aborn and white between 6-9:30pm.  Unfortunately, tapsilog was out of stock, so I got tosilog. I prolly did not appreciate the taste coz I was still full from my lunch at Olive Garden. The taste was just right – sinangag was not salty and the tocino was not too sweet. I bet it would taste better with vinegar
- wow after three years, i finally got to wear this Armani Long Sleeves lol

Random Roars: Blue Moon and Planner

My first blog for the decade wohoo!

A) Blue Moon

last Dec-31-2009 my friend Jay called me and said to go out and look at the moon. Out of curiosity, I immediately oblige and saw this (i dont know if i took a good shot and you are able to notice the halo around the moon)

Actually I was surprised bcoz I've just read and saw a picture of same incident weeks ago; I just cant remember if twas from another country or state. People who have observed this kind of phenomenon were scared saying that this is a sign of "end" of the planet.

But instead of being scared, I was mesmerized with its beauty. I forgot what the scientific explanation was, but one of my friends in FaceBook said that this is called Blue Moon. He added that it doesnt happen a lot, that is why it's called "Once in a Blue Moon"

B) Planner

The end of the year automatically means changing of calendars and planner. For the past 3 years I've been using the Barnes and Nobles Planner.

what i like about this planner are:

1) Month Grids are the perfect size for me
2) spacious lines for weekly view
3) the quality of paper
4) gold plates on the side
5) durable hard cover
6) caricatures

of course just like any calendar, i buy them last week of the year where everythings all 50% off. I got mine for $10 (original is $20) which is really cheap = 83 cents for 12 pages each month. Bargain yeah

Church, GreatMall, AnchorBlue, Haircut, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Redbox Despereaux

Sunday means church day. i usually go to Santa Clara at Our Lady of Peace but i went to the closer church by our area. after Church, I went to GreatMall to window shop and look for something useful for school i.e. portfolio cover or bag. There were some few things that I was tempted to buy but i opted to delay it and buy first the things I needed the most.

Then i went to Eastridge. Their stripe shirts were on sale. i know i said i'll only buy things i needed but i took the opportunity, besides i can wear this shirts at school. There was a double entry on my shirtblog so I have to delete and fill it with a new #16o shirtblog. i think these shirts would look better if worn with a vest on top since its patterned. i originally want the black and white stripes unfortunately there was no size for me.

Had my ManeCut before school then head to Lucky's. I already consumed all my salad so i have to buy another bag. I also bought balsamic vinaigrette to alternate with blue cheese vinaigrette (two of my favorite salad dressings) Marie's is a good brand but it costs a few dollar extra but its worth it

I was craving for Jollibee 2pcs burger steak and I was planning to watch Final Destination but i just thought to use the money ill be spending for food and movie towards my LV fund (which means additional $25 to my LV Fund) So I just went to RedBox and rented THE TALE OF DESPEREAUX, $1 rental for 24 hours, the $19 i save (instead of watchin the movie at the big screen + food) will go to my LV fund ahaha neat!
